About the event
Sessions take place at the club sheds located near the tennis courts, not at the track.
These session will concentrate on the skills required to qualify for RSR (Regional School of Racing) sessions, followed up by a gruelling HIIT session.
Regional School of Racing is the next step of the British Cycling development pathway after attending Talent Development Sessions.
We'll probably have a fun ride at the track afterwards.
